All entrants must have a current and valid IRC Rating and/or PHRF certificate from South East Florida. Those without a SE Florida certificate, including those who have a PHRF certificate from another district, must apply directly to the Chief Handicapper, Chris Woolsey, who will issue a temporary certificate for the race. An application form can be found at http://www.phrfsef.com/pages/documents/forms/application.pdf The form should be completed and emailed with any supporting information to Chris at yjwools@hotmail.com or faxed for his attention to (954) 764-5734. Although every effort will be made to issue temporary certificates on short notice, entrants are advised to leave as much time as possible for applications to be processed.
